[Beek, Chicken, Ham] stock

Water (as needed)

Israeli couscous pasta

Peas, can be frozen

Corn, can be frozen

Green beans, french cut, can be frozen

Preparation

  1. Heat dutch oven with oil and butter

  2. Brown onions

  3. Heat ham steak cubes

  4. Add stock and bring to boil

  5. Add spices

  6. Add couscous, bring back to boil, and cook for 5 minutes

  7. Add vegetables, and bring back to boil, and cook for additional 5 minutes

  8. Check for pasta being done, and salt to taste
