Beyond standard kitchen equipment, the following items are also required or helpful:

Makes 22 meatballs; serves about four.
Set oven to 350°F.
Combine panko breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl, and then let sit 5 minutes.
Add egg, cheese, parsley, oregano, and salt to bowl. Stir until combined.
Use cookie scoop to create balls and place on cookie sheet (aluminum foil can be used to cover cookie sheet and ease cleaning).
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
Enjoy immediately or freeze for later meal.
